Capital City Group is a real estate and renewable energy investment company operating in Lithuania and abroad. Our business is based on investing our own funds and attracting private investors to implement various types of commercial and other projects.
We started our activities in real estate management and design back in 2006, it was the time when we started investing in real estate projects. We were appreciated by our partners not only in Lithuania but also in other countries, so after a few years, in 2010, we started working with the foreign market. In 2020, the company started operating in the renewable energy sector.
Our job is to implement the entire project cycle: finding attractive investment opportunities, developing the concept, raising finance, bringing together design and construction partners, coordinating the development of the project through to completion, finding tenants and buyers if needed, and providing building maintenance and administration functions.
